RoseLight is organizing the first Steward training for Gauden University.

Greetings from Athabascar and the Communities of Light . . . .

. . . from our hearts to yours. We are putting out the call for those of you who would like to train to be co-creators in a foundational support system, and a culture shift that is going to begin over the next five to ten years. The energy of connection is going to grow much more important in this time, and more and more people will hear the call to pursue their spiritual fulfillment as healers, teachers, and leaders in service to their communities.

Our vision is that each healer, teacher, and leader is a hub of light, bringing flow and acting as a doorway for peace in their local community. It has been this way for some time; what is new is that a new level of connection among these world servers is being called for from the waves of evolutionary energy that will be reaching Earth in the next twenty years. The first five to ten years of this twenty year period will be a time of some disorientation, as individuals feel called to reach deeper and yet are sensing that they need new tools to do this. The older ways of networking will become less satisfying; people are going to be seeking a way to integrate their spiritual development more fully in their professional lives.

The highest flow that we see for this development is to provide a safe, stable place for the connections among these hubs of light to be made, and for energy to flow. The most logical place to fund the energy for these connections is through the potential of the unhealed material that each helping professional is still carrying. In Gauden's Renewal Network, helping professionals can join together to create personal and groups shifts in much higher flows than would be available to them alone. These shifts are magnetic and will draw much flow into the Network, and we are seeking Stewards to help hold and play upon this flow to create even higher patterns of light, and deeper access to balance, wisdom, and love.

We seek to train those of you who have a base of FAC to become the Stewards who support this shift in mass consciousness to a higher level of connection, and to support the people who are supporting others. When you connect with your stewardees, you are touching not only their energy fields with your radiant awareness; you are also touching all the people whom they serve, and the people with whom those people are in connection. To be a Steward is to be placed at a hub of hubs.

To handle the "juice" from this many connections, spanning so many levels of vibration, we would like you to be familiar with the skills of transmitting the Golden Body, since that is the "common tongue" of energy language that will span all the different lineages of healers, helpers, teachers, and leaders in the Network. We also would like you to train in the personality/spiritual integration work of the Network so that you are at least "one step ahead" of members as the Network unfurls. Our call is for Stewards who are devoted to personal growth and development, and devoted to fostering a group energy body that synergistically fulfills growth in ever-expanding waves of light for all those whom it touches.

We invite you from our heart to sit with the energy of this vision, and if it touches you, we invite you to join our group trainings. We send you our light and love, and thank you for all you are, and all you do, to assist in the great transformation of consciousness that is occurring.

The members of the Network will be involved in active Renewal practice at different stages of development. Some will be enrolled in certification programs—Core, Group, and Community—each corresponding to a level of focus and awareness in meditation, reflective practice, ethics, spiritual relating, spiritual counseling, and community development. The three levels are sequential; successful completion of courses and practice in one level prepares you to open to the consciousness shifts and skills of the next level. Core relates to individual Higher Self development, Group relates to Soul group development, and Community relates to Community of Light development. These programs form the bulk of your curriculum in the Steward training program, so that you are well-versed in the various levels of development and the ways that they are being experienced by Network members at different levels.

There are 2 Prerequsites to joining Steward training:

1) Golden Body home study audio CDs, Volume 1: Heart Ball Introduction and Volume 2: Tones

2) FAC Practitioner's Foundations live class grad, with a solid experience of practice with FAC or other light-based energy/transformational work

1. Renewal $775— June 23 - 26, 2008 at Mariandale Retreat Center (If you attended summer 2007, you do not need to come again unless you wish to review or you wish to be a Renewal teacher)

2. Radiant Reflection Fundamentals $600 — June 27 - 29, 2008 at Mariandale Retreat Center (If you attended summer 2007, you do not need to come again unless you wish to review or you wish to be a Renewal teacher)

3. Multi-Perspective Radiant Reflection $600— January 9 - 11, 2008 in Petaluma for Steward trainees only - OR - September 17 - 19, 2008 at Mariandale, open to the public as well as Steward trainees. Prerequisites: Renewal and Fundamentals

4. Group Radiant Reflection $600 — January 12 - 14, 2008 in Petaluma for Steward trainees only - OR - October 31 - November 2, 2008 in Petaluma, open to the public as well as Steward trainees. Prerequisites: Renewal, Fundamentals, Multi-Perspective

5. Diversity and Radiant Reflection $600 — January 2 - 4, 2009 in Petaluma for Steward trainees only; it will be offered to the public at a later date. Prerequisites: Renewal, Fundamentals, Multi-Perspective

6. Teams & Organizations Radiant Reflection $600 — January 5 - 7, 2009 in Petaluma for Steward trainees only; it will be offered to the public at a later date. Prerequisites: Renewal, Fundamentals, Multi-Perspective

7. Advanced Radiant Reflection $600 — April 2 - 4, 2009 in Petaluma for Steward trainees only; it will be offered to the public at a later date. Prerequisites: Renewal, Fundamentals, Multi-Perspective

8. Community Development I $400 — March 13 - 14, 2008 at Mariandale, open to the public.

9. Community Development II $400 — January 8 - 9, 2009 in Petaluma for Steward trainees only; it will be offered to the public at a later date.

10. Community Development III $400 — April 5 - 6, 2009 in Petaluma for Steward trainees only; it will be offered to the public at a later date.

11. and 12. Transmitting the Golden Body $1675 – Year-long course offered to the public: Part 1, March 15 - 16, 2008 at Mariandale, long distance journeys/teleconferences monthly May - December 2008, Part 2 Live September 20 - 21, 2008 at Mariandale. This year-long course is required for Steward training, as well as for anyone who wants to be a Renewal teacher.
