Class Times

Part 1:
Class begins 9:00am, Saturday March 15th, 2008.
Class ends 5:00pm, Sunday March 16th, 2008.

Part 3:
Class begins 9:00am, Saturday September 20th, 2008.
Class ends 5:00pm, Sunday September 21st, 2008.

Full tuition payment

Prepay in full for the whole year and get a $100 discount.

Part 3 September accommodation payment

Mariandale accommodation is single room only. Meals are included in this price.

Accommodation payment for those staying on campus is due on or before September 19th, 2008.

Day student lunches

Lunches only for Saturday and Sunday.

Special Diet Request

If you have special dietary requirements – either allergies or vegetarian, please click the "Request Special Diet" button below to include a booking item to alert us and then contact the office with your particular requirements or type your details into the PayPal "message" field on the payment screen. For kitchen planning, you need to communicate special diet needs to us at least 2 weeks before the seminar (i.e. by September 5th, 2008).
